My Treasure Island
It was behind my childhood friend's place, there is a special tree that is a lonely fragrant acacia ,and it was around lots of bumpy rocks and woods. During the spring, the mountain at the back of friend's house was full of smell of acacia. On the bottom of tree were some of a four leaf clovers, and next to the clovers, there were a little weird mushrooms, so when we were free, we used to go there to play house. Also, my father put up a swing on a branch for us. That place was lovely as a teasure island. Now, whenever I go my treasure island, I remember the valuable, fantastic, and lovely memories of my childhood.

Koly's life
Koly discovers that her husband is nothing more than a sick child whose parents wanted Koly only for her dower. Koly’s situation describes the predicament of many Hindu women, who have no families or station in life. Hence, Koly is likened to a homeless bird. This is a story of hope. Fo that reason, it has a happy-ending. The book Homeless Bird is one of the best books I've read in my entire life! It's really a good job of describing what it would be like to be a widow in India!

Homeless Bird
I've been reading a book, which name of the title is Homeless Bird. It's about Koly's life story. koly's parents have arranged a marriage for their only daughter, like many gurls her age in
India. First time, when I read this book, I thought that life is unfair for her. Her brothers get education in school, but she's not because of female, and I think it's still common for women to be discriminated against in India because of their sex.

Who am I ?
Hi, everyone,
This is Alice. I'm from South Korea. My family are mother , father, and older brother. My mom and Dad, they are architect in Korea, and my brother is still semi-golfer. In my case, I was working in interior company before coming in Seattle. I think, it was amply satisfied with my lovely job. I've been learning to speak English since 2007 until now because I wanna enter the SCCC for improving my skill. After that, I wanna be a teacher or designer because those are my dreams. Actually, I'm not sure what is my dream..
By the way, I wanna enjoy my life in Seattle!
